Due to the severity of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we cannot schedule any maintenance in a unit until we know that no one in the unit is or has been sick or in quarantine during the last 14 days. Therefore, please indicate in the maintenance description if anyone that has been in your unit over the past 14 days has been sick or in quarantine. Failure to do so may result in your Work Order being delayed or not processed. All tenants must complete the attached form when requesting emergency maintenance.

What is Permission to Enter (PTE)?

Permission to Enter authorizes the superintendent to utilize his key to enter your apartment to perform the necessary repairs that you requested. The superintendent will first knock on your door and if there is no answer, he will then enter the apartment. Upon completion of the work, the superintendent will leave a door tag indicating that he was in your apartment to address your maintenance request.
