Important Changes to how
You Make Online Payments
We have transitioned to RentCafe Resident, which is now our primary rent payment platform.
RentPayment.com will be discontinued on March 15, 2026.
Within the next few weeks, make sure to follow the necessary three steps below.
Step 1: Register on RentCafe Resident Portal
Make sure you can log into the RentCafe Resident portal.
If you don’t have a current RentCafe login, you’ll need to register using the following steps:
– CLICK HERE to select your community name from the drop down list
– You’ll be redirected to the RentCafe.com log in page
– Select SIGN UP to begin
– You’ll need your account code found on your bill statement. For assistance locating your account code CONTACT US
– Need help registering? Call portal log in support 833-711-1130
Step 2 - New Payment Set Up
Once registered, select PAY to make a one time rent payment or set up recurring payments.
Step 3 - Deactivate Auto Pay on RentPayment.com
Please deactivate any automatic payments currently set up on RENTPAYMENT.COM.
Any recurring payments must be turned off by March 15, 2026 to avoid duplicate payments or payment issues.
