We’re preparing a few updates to ensure your payment process remains smooth and reliable. In the next few months, we will be phasing out RentPayment.com and replacing it with RentCafe.com.
Here's What to Expect:
Make sure you can log into RentCafe resident portal.
If you don’t have a current RentCafe login, you’ll need to register using the following steps:
- Click here to select your community name from the Service Request dropdown list.
- You’ll be redirected to the RentCafe.com login page
- Select SIGN UP to begin
- You’ll need your account code found on your bill statement. For assistance locating your account code contact us
- Need help registering? Call portal login support 833-711-1130
