Call Center
For your convenience Middlesex Management has a call center to assist you with your needs. Maintenance and customer service requests should be directed to our call center 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. The Call Center may be reached by dialing 732-855-2990. For your convenience, click here to submit your request online to our call center.
A telephone representative will be available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Should you prefer to call after hours, please leave a message with our automated system when calling for general maintenance requests and your request will be processed the next business day.
All MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES that occur during non-business hours should be reported to the call center telephone number and our automated system will immediately direct your call to an on-site Superintendent.
