Pay Your Rent Over the Phone
Stuck out of town on business and won’t make it home in time to pay your monthly rent bill? Away on vacation and forgot to send in your monthly payment? No problem! With Middlesex Management’s Pay By Phone*, you can pay your rent bill over the phone from anywhere in the world!
With Pay By Phone you can make a payment using your checking account or you can charge your rent to your credit/debit card. Just call RentPayment and ask to make a phone payment.
How to Use Pay By Phone
Make sure to have a copy of your check or your credit card with you when you call. If you have a copy of your monthly statement available, that will help speed up the payment processing time.
- Echeck payments made before 6:00 PM (E.S.T.) will post to your account that same day.
- Echeck payments made after 6:00 PM (E.S.T) will be posted to your account on the following business day.
- Credit card payments take up to 2 business days to post to your account if made before 6:00 PM on any business day.
