Payment Mailing Information:

To ensure that your payment is posted quickly please send your payment along with your Payment Coupon to our lockbox. If you do not have a payment coupon, you can request that a new one be sent to you. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENTS TO THE LOCKBOX WITHOUT PAYMENT COUPONS AS THEY CANNOT BE PROCESSED AND WILL FURTHER DELAY YOUR ACCOUNT FROM BEING CREDITED.

If you have lost your statement, you can request that a duplicate statement be mailed or faxed to you and send your payment to the lockbox. You can also mail your payment directly to our office. But please note: PAYMENTS MAILED TO OUR OFFICE MAY BE EXPERIENCE DELAYED PROCESSING TIMES. LATE FEES MAY RESULT IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT POSTED BEFORE THE DUE DATE.

For your convenience Middlesex Management is excited to introduce the opening of our new Maintenance Call Center. All maintenance requests should now be directed to our new call center 24 hours a day/7 days a week. The Call Center may be reached by dialing any one of these numbers:

A telephone representative will be available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Should you prefer to call after hours, please leave a message with our automated system when calling for general maintenance requests and your request will be processed the next business day.

All EMERGENCIES that occur during non-business hours should be reported to the call center telephone number and our automated system will immediately direct your call to an on-site Superintendent.
